    • How do I book?

The preferred method is by telephoning us however you can book on line by emailing us we will then contact you.

    • How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book at any time however bookings get busy during summer months so it is advised to book early to avoid disappointment. We also take bookings on the day subject to availability.

    • How much does it cost?

    • What is included in price?

All inflatables include local delivery a power fan extension cord and safety mat.

    • How long do I get the equipment for?

All inflatables are delivered between 8am and 12 noon and collected between 6pm and 9pm. We can make alternative arrangements if need be.

    • Do you hire overnight?

Under certain circumstances overnight hire can be arranged.

    • Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required.

    • How do I pay?

Cash on delivery or cheques can be accepted but must be received 1 week prior to hire to allow sufficient time to clear.

    • What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to date but as much notice as possible is appreciated.

    • How long does it take to set up and remove the equipment?

It can take approx 20 mins to set up and 30 mins to remove but this can vary depending on size of inflatable.

    • Do I need extra space?

Yes 3 feet all around for fan and anchor points.

    • What will I need to supply?

You will need to have access to electricity. If this is not possible we can supply a generator at an extra cost.

    • Who can hire an inflatable?

You must be 18 years old to hire from us ID may be required. An acceptance sheet must also be signed.
